生命诚可贵，我们要珍爱自己生命，每天我们都要做好预防溺水的准备。现在刚进入夏季，许多小朋友都想到江河湖海里游泳、洗澡。但是你们千万不要一个人去江河湖海游泳、洗澡，也不要结伴去江河湖海游泳、洗澡。要和大人的陪同下去游泳池、游泳馆游泳、洗澡，游泳前，要做好热身运动。
